I have been dying to blog about this

But sadly...

There were other most important stuffs that have been piling up for me non stop, thus making me ~~stop~~ postpone blogging this 'ever so interesting' entry.

Enough said rite? True. Let get to the point.

Last Monday, i met the bf's parents... Hahaha.. No big deal you say? Maybe for you guys.. But not for me..

It was my very very very first time meeting his ~~parents~~ mum. I have met the dad twice, so it was kinda ok for me.

It was totally unplanned, unpredictable, unexpected..

What more, i wasnt ready..

It happened like this..

My ever so rajin bf, (yah right) was diligently completing his assignments that monday morning. And the plan was for us to meet after 5, and send his assignmentS. Sadly, this bf of mine, had forgotten to back-up, thus losing his file, which he thought he had saved earlier on.

There you go, the whole Monday morning of hours spend doing the assignments GONE, just like that. So no choice he had to redo. We decided to drop by bugs lib. to get his research stuffs for his assignments which was due at 8pm that day. * Tu lah, i always bising when u kept postponing, u noe why now!* anyway, back to the story...

So met him at his house bus stop, but his dad called him and asked him that he wants to send us. I told the bf to ask his dad, will his mum be around, and true enugh, she was following. Upon hearing that, my heart skipped a beat.

His dad and mum arrived in less than few minutes, and so when i got in the car, i salam the mum, and dare not meet her eyes. Reason being, i wasnt ready.

So i kept myself busy with the laptop. Which i wasnt pretending, coz i was really helping him.

The journey to bugs seemed very loooong. I was relieved when we got down from the car. But when his dad told us, that he will be picking us up once we are done.

So after dear had FINALLY completed and sending the assignments, his parents picked us up.

That was when everything started. I was rushing home as the next day was another looong day.. So i tot, after getting in the car, we will be going home straight.

but..

his mum: wana go eat?

his dad: go wher? u wana go banquet

mum: the both of u wanna go where? dila bole?

ME: boleh ( entah camne la aku gi ckp bole-padahlal dah lambat)

dad: go banquet?

mum: can, but dah lepas

dad: then go simpang bedok can?

Dear: ah. sebarang. Looking at me?

mum: dila dah call ibu?

me: ermmm...dah.. ( padahal belum*)

mum: dah bilang balik lewat sikit?

me: ah ye. ( nanti lepas ni i call la* )

So we had dinner at simpang bedok. Oni me, dear, and his parents. When we arrived there, his mum sat at one of the bench and the dad instead of sitting beside her, sat opposite, which means, akulah kene duduk sebelah his mum kan...

i was so paiseh.. Dear said i was the most 'terbaik' girl that night. so well-behaved! chet*

His mum asked me wat i wanna drink. i said blueberry and took my wallet out, but the mum said " dah tak payah, simpan wallet"

hahaha...

So his dad ordered 20 sticks of satay, roti john, and goreng pisang. So much food and oni the 4 of us..

The mum was nice, after thinking back, i realised that she may be stern but she lembut. And she showed love silently.

why?

coz she was nice, kept asking me to eat. And also after we finished eating, she was rushing dear's dad to go back, it occurs to me, that she wants to go back fast bcoz of me. Yelah someone's daughter man..

Then in the car, i was having slight coughs, maybe due to drinking the cold blueberry. Then the mum said, "lain kali minum air panas, kan dah batuk"

i jus say " ye saya" ( hahaha.. i guess u guys mus be laughing reading this)

The dad then ask me where i stay, and wanted to send me home. It was like 10+ i think. Upon reaching my place, i told him to jus drop me kat 'tepi jalan' but he jus continued driving. Dear was also shocked. We then realised that he wanted to send me at my carpark there. Kesian them, my block ni, belok, belok.. thats y i said tepi jalan je..

Then when dah nak turun, i salam the mum and ckp thanks to them. The dad joked saying 'cik antar tepi jalan eh' which i didnt get it.. Dear later told me, coz no matter where he send me, its still tepi jalan wat as i requested. bawah blok pun tepi jalan kan.

hahah...

so, it wasnt so bad after all.. The meet up was a great one :)

Dear said there will be more after this...

We had normal dinner @ Long John. Nothing fancy, we wasnt celebrating you see.. Just a normal dinner together at our favourite :)

On chinese new year, all my cuzzies and me went to grandma house. Had fun talking, gossipings, and doing other things that we enjoy doing most together.

My cuzzy aproached me to help her with her Math sec 2 work.. How i miss those algebra. I love doing algebra. Though i hate Maths :P hahaha...

On Saturday went to VIVO with dear. I didnt meet dear for 2days..Though initially dear wanted me to accompany him on Friday night to go to Arab street for dinner with his friends at 'Al-hadi' or was it Al-???..dunno la..But my dearest mummy wanted to bring me out for her friend open house.. Anyway, Had brunch at KFC @ vivo. Nice scenery from where we sat.And the chicken was fresh:)

After brunch walked around Vivo. And was mainly doing window-shopping.. Wanted to watch movie but dear had forgotten to book the tickets online, and we were ~~very the malas~~ not keen to join the loong queue.

Dear had sweet tooth and was craving for jelly beans, so off we went to Candy Empire at basement 1 to get his jelly beans.

But sadly, the jellybeans that dear wanted was not sell there. What he wants was those that he can pick and choose type..

So i tried to suggest Cocoa Trees though i wasnt sure whethere they have it there. And my dear was very happy that Cocoa Trees have want he wanted. After getting his jelly beans, we went up to the open plaza and sat by the pool or is it man-made beach :P

While dear ~~and me~~ enjoyed his jellybeans, i finished up my gummy worms... I never like jelly beans, thus that explains why dear enjoyed his jellybeans alone.

At 4, we made our way to Starbucks as dear wanted to surf the net to do his research. Sat there for an hour,before making our way back home :)

Now, thats when the surprise came in. I had requested for the staffs there to bring out the cake that i had bought earlier and sang the birthday boy, the birthday song... He was surprised though.. Tapi, smiling, smiling...

Didnt get him a big cake, coz we all dun really like cakes.. So jus a small one for dear..

Abd's creation... HAHHAHA...

so there goes my first birthday gift to the 5th February, birthday boy, treating him to a dinner at seOul garden...

the second gift will be given to you on your birthday ;) hugs..kisses :)

Anyway, b4 i forget, i would like to wish this couple, Sarah and Azri, Happy 5th year anniversary together.. Im jus waiting for an invitation card:P
